ORC Week 5- I have a desk!

This blog post is going to be short & sweet- I have a desk, which basically means I have a functioning office! After 11 months of using a dining table to work from & a cardboard box to organize my things, I feel pretty fancy to have an actual desk.

It is not big, but either is this room. I just need space to put my laptop and feel like a grown-up with her own dedicated space. And that I do!

The desk was a last minute find from Marshall’s. The drawer piece next to the desk is something I found at TJ Maxx 6 years ago when we lived in Utah. We used it as a nightstand, but it wasn't going to work in our bedroom, so I needed to find a place for it. I am so happy with how they complement each other!

I would like to still change out the hardware on this desk, but didn’t get to it this week because- Life! But that will be on my list for next week. Also next week- I will introduce you to another piece of storage in this room that might be my absolute favorite transformation. Ever!
